JLT warns insurers will be underwriting Solicitors' PI renewals at a macro level

1st September 2011, London: With the 1st October renewal date fast approaching for Solicitors' Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance it's important firms get the best quote available from insurers, according to JLT Specialty Limited (JLT).

Mike Perry, Partner, JLT, says "The 2011 PI renewal for Solicitors is expected to be difficult with deteriorating claims experience particularly in the conveyancing sector leading to limited insurance capacity.
