Simon is a Partner within the Financial Risks Division where he is totally focused on new business production across four areas: financial & professional, political, credit, terrorism and security risk, accident & health and sports & entertainment. He also represents the Financial Risks Division on the company wide New Business Forum.

Simon has over 20 years' experience in the London and European Insurance Markets. He joined JLT in 1991 from Alexander Howden. His early years were spent in the casualty arena, producing and placing USA third party liability insurance programmes. In the late 1990s he was instrumental in designing and developing a computer hacker and network liability product called E-Comprehensive and, later, an identity fraud product for the US market. In 2002 he was asked to lead the Special Contingency team at JLT, where he was pivotal in building a larger book of business from a variety of international sources.
