A Partner within the Global Support Team based in London, Karen has responsibility for co-ordination of global insurance programmes between the client service teams and the overseas network.

Karen joined JLT in 1999, after building a career in the design and implementation of large and complex global insurance programmes, including the use of captives. She has an extensive knowledge of international insurance protocols and global networks gained through working in the London market broker as an International Co-ordinator on major global accounts. Karen was a member of the Multinational Policies working party, liaising with the IUA and Lloyd's on overseas taxation.
