Paul is a partner in Constructions' PFI Operational team. He specialises in advising Project companies on Insurances for all types of Operational PFI projects.  Paul has been involved in establishing a number of operational portfolios as well as advising bidders to financial close.   Paul has extensive experience of managing sizeable and complex insurance programmes for portfolio clients both in the UK and those with a global reach.
