Terry is the Sales & Marketing leader within the Real Estate Business Unit, which forms part of the JLT Ltd Construction Division. A significant part of his role is dedicated to the development and implementation of sales strategies across the UK and Europe and managing a portfolio of prospective customers for the team overall, and individually. In addition Terry has been involved in the development of sales, marketing and the overall "Branding" campaigns to raise awareness of the Real Estate Group.

Terry has in excess of 11 years experience in insurance broking with HSBC Insurance brokers and more recently, 8 years with Marsh heading the real estate sales team. Throughout his career Terry has fulfilled a number of roles all focussed on the real estate sector predominantly in structuring insurance programmes and implementing strategies for property owners, managing agents, fund managers and developers. He joined JLT in September 2008.
