Nick MacAndrew

Non-Executive Director

Nick MacAndrew was appointed a Non-Executive Director in July 2005.  He is Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committees and is Senior Independent Director.  Nick is also a Non-Executive Director of Wates Group Limited.  A chartered accountant, he was previously finance director of Schroders plc, Chairman of Save the Children, F&C Asset Management plc and a Non-Executive Director of Fuller Smith & Turner plc.
