Global Insurance Management

International insurance provision demands a specialist skill set, which should not be dissipated into general account handling teams. For this reason we established a specialist Global Support Team more than 15 years ago.  Our Global Support Team is dedicated to the coordination and management of global insurance programmes. This specialist team employs its extensive expertise, significant language abilities (fluent in more than 10 languages) and dedicated resources to provide centralised management of a clients' global and local insurance programmes.

Key characteristics of the Global Support Team include:

• Co-ordination and management of global insurance programmes - including overseeing data collection and validation, premium allocation, documentation tracking, premium payments and insurance tax compliance and settlements
• Provision of specialist advice on overseas practice and legislation, based on a high level of knowledge combined with a multi-lingual capability which enables the team to access detailed information from the appropriate sources
• Auditing local insurance purchasing and assisting companies to create efficiencies through streamlining activities. Our Global Support Team also performs a monitoring and policing role to advise on adherence to corporate guidelines on insurance procurement
• Management and coordination of global service provision, including the management of overseas brokers, whether they be the JLT Network, another broker network, or a collection of independent brokers who are your preferred choice at local business level.
