We provide management services to 17 companies in Guernsey, with assets exceeding €170 million and annual gross written premium of just over €40million. These include a mix of captives, reinsurance companies and companies participating in customer insurance.

Our primary source of business is the UK, but we also have clients from Australia, Holland, South Africa and Sweden, as Guernsey continues to be the most active domicile for business outside of the Americas.

Our proximity to the London and Lloyd's markets also makes us attractive to captives and new niche reinsurance operations. We can also offer innovations such as Rent-A-Captive and Protected Cell Companies through Isosceles PCC Ltd, a subsidiary formed in 2007 under the Protected Cell Company Ordnance Act, 2005.

A Rent-a-captive is an alternative to establishing your own captive and can also be used for niche insurance or reinsurance transactions.

no visits to the domicile required

The legislation under which Isosceles PCC was formed allows us to create Cells in which your assets and liabilities can be placed and segregated from those of other clients.

The company has current capital and surplus of £150,000. The PCC structure does not allow recourse from cell to core. Cells need to be fully secured by capital, LOC or other acceptable guarantee

There is no restriction on the types of insurance or reinsurance company we manage, and our capabilities extend beyond managing pure captives.
