Current Role

Paul heads up JLT's Group Corporate Communications department which is responsible for Investor Relations, internal communications and external communications including media relations and the Group's website. The department also provides worldwide brand support. The team plays a central role in many aspects of JLT's activities supporting Corporate Social Responsibility.

Career Overview

Paul joined Lloyd Thompson Limited initially as Company Secretary shortly after the JLT Group floated on the London Stock Exchange in 1987. Today Paul's role covers the full range of internal and external communications activities, most recently this expanded further to include Investor Relations. Paul is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a member of the Investor Relations Society.
