Elizabeth is a Political Risk Analyst within the Political Risk, Credit & Terrorism team at Jardine Lloyd Thompson Limited, where she monitors and analyses global political risk development and advises corporate and banking clients on their risk exposures.

Career Overview

Elizabeth gained a Ph.D. at the LSE where her work focused on US foreign policy and the international relations of the Middle East. She is a guest lecturer at the University of Birmingham in the department of American and Canadian studies, and a regular conference speaker. She has played a leading role in the development of JLT's World Risk Review, a country ratings model that assesses the level of risk associated with nine political and economic perils across 197 countries and territories. Elizabeth is the author of US Policy Towards Israel: The Role of Political Culture in Defining the 'Special Relationship' and she has contributed articles to industry publications and international relations journals.
