Vyvienne Wade, 46, joined JIB Group in 1987 as Group Legal Adviser. A barrister and member of the Inner Temple, she has been Group Legal Director of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc since 1997 and is a member of the Group Executive Committee. She was appointed a director of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc in January 2002.

She was appointed Chief Executive Officer of our Latin American operations with effect from 1st January 2008. She is also Chairman of the Insurance Management Business.
