The social side of life of our organisation reflects the way we work together as teams. For instance our London head office runs a very active sports and social scene encompassing a wide range of individual clubs. These involve a multitude of events from golf tournaments, sports quizzes and wine tasting to a Christmas involving more than 500 of the staff’s children and grand-children.

In addition, we have our 'Making a Difference' charity initiative which was launched in 2003. As part of this all staff in the UK are given a "charity day" once a year so they can spend company time helping a charity. Many staff working with Business in the Community, staff participate individually or in teams in activities such as sponsored walks, community improvement projects and working with disadvantaged children. JLT matches pound for pound money raised by staff, up to a limit of £3,000.
