When you join JLT directly from school, college or university, you will follow a structured training programme which will cover an introduction to insurance, reinsurance and/or employee benefit related training that you will need to stand you in good stead for your future at JLT. There will also be lots of on-the-job training and coaching from your new colleagues. Your knowledge will grow quickly!

We will encourage you to pursue your professional qualifications; assist you in meeting the costs of these courses and reward your success financially.
