JLT Benefit Solutions And PMI Release Major Survey

"Finding The Way To Strong Administration"


11th October 2010, London: JLT Benefit Solutions (JLT), one of the four largest employee benefits consultancies in the UK, and the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) have today released their major survey "finding the way to strong administration."

The survey, which targets not only PMI members but also JLT's clients and the wider market, can be found at www.pensions-pmi.org.uk and focuses on the following major issues:

  • Retirement processes and communications with members before retirement
  • Record keeping and data quality
  • Nest/auto-enrolment
  • Investment and financial information
  • IT

Commenting on the release of this major survey, Malcolm Reynolds, Managing Director of Trustee Solutions at JLT, said: "A great deal of interest has already been shown in the initial joint survey we undertook with the PMI in July. This interest extends to various industry regulatory bodies, the media and, most importantly, our clients. We are excited about this latest major survey and firmly believe the results will constitute a major factor in the ongoing pensions debates concerning de-risking, data management, governance and the general future of pension provision in the UK."

JLT's partnership with the PMI began in July with the mini survey entitled "Administration - to cleanse or not to cleanse data? That is the question" which attracted an impressive 325 responses.
