The PCA currently provides the following personal accident benefits to its members:

  • Up to the age of 21 years - £25,000
  • Ages 22 to 27 - £60,000
  • Ages 28 to 29 - £50,000
  • All other players - £20,000

The purpose of this insurance is to "top up" the PCA cover.

After completing all of the fields on the form you will be shown an indication of your premium for cover.
