What should I do if I want to make a Claim?
The first thing to do is to download the PCA Claims Protocol Guide which will provide you with useful information.
If you decide that you wish to make a claim, download the Personal Accident and Sickness Claim Form, complete it in full and mail it to us at the address provided. We will do the rest.
