About the Team

Established in 1988, the London Construction Team has developed into a team of more than 120 people, supported by specialists across our overseas offices. This makes us the largest UK domiciled construction broker.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our staff, our client retention and our innovation. These are possibly reasons why we have been chosen to provide risk consultancy and broking services to a number of high profile construction projects, such as: Wembley Stadium; Saõ Salvador Hydro, Brazil; Marafiq Powerstation & Desalination Plant; and the Taiwan high-speed rail link.

What we do

Our areas of expertise include:

• Contractors - our Contractor business is the bedrock on which all our other construction specialisms are founded. We are pleased to count amongst our clients seven of the top fourteen UK Contractors as well as some of the world's largest Contractor groups headquartered elsewhere in Europe
• Financiers' Insurance Due Diligence - our dedicated team have been providing advice since 1995 and our consultants are multi-disciplined across power, energy, natural resources, infrastructure and PPP / PFI projects around the world
• International Projects – we act as Brokers to some of the largest Construction Projects in the World
• Professional Indemnity - We are currently the only broker to have a specialist construction related Professional Indemnity team
• Public Private Partnership (PPP) / Private Finance Initiative (PFI) (Construction through to Operational) - Our specialist PPP / PFI team have extensive experience having acted for over 250 closed transactions both transactional and advisory, throughout the bidding, construction and operational phases of projects.
