Erection All Risks (EAR) Facility

This new facility, which is believed to be the first of its kind, was launched in February 2009.  It provides a one-stop shop for onshore EAR projects and is open to contractors, project owners and developers.  It offers a full suite of construction insurance products under one facility at a competitive price. The broad pre agreed policy form provides flexibility in cover and, in general, less restrictive terms and conditions than open market alternatives.

Single Project PI

Our project specific professional indemnity insurance can provide cover for up to 10 years on a non cancellable insurance form, providing a more robust, efficient and cost effective solution.

This enables contractors to address the needs of their principals by demonstrating compliance with contract requirements and removing the concerns that reliance
on annual policies can provoke.

Small Construction Facility

At JLT, we offer an exclusive construction insurance facility, which is specifically aimed at smaller scale construction projects. The comprehensive facility is designed to cater for projects with contract values within the regions of GBP500, 000 up to a maximum of GBP20,000,000.

This facility can provide bespoke policies which caters for Construction All Risks, Delay In Start Up, Existing structures, Third Party Liability and Non Negligent Indemnity. We also offer a competitive fixed premium rating structure based on the duration of construction.
