Relaunch of JLT Aviation under the JLT Aerospace brand in
Australia and New Zealand
31st August 2010, London: JLT Aerospace, formerly JLT Aviation, launches under the new brand in Australia and New Zealand on 1 September 2010.
Andrew Nicholl, Practice Leader of Group Risk Solutions for Jardine Lloyd Thompson in Australia, which incorporates JLT Aerospace, commented, "This is an exciting time for JLT Aerospace in the region. Firstly, the rebranding will allow us to align more closely with the Global Practice, providing strength through identity. Secondly, this will in turn create a greater affinity amongst our regional broking team members. JLT is a market leader in Aerospace, this change will lead to improved collaboration around the network and assist with the development of the Aerospace practice in the region".
The JLT Aerospace team in Australia is lead by Richard Hodson, and is located in Sydney, serving the national client base together with Papua New Guinea. The New Zealand team, managed by Murray Snell and based in Auckland, is responsible for domestic business, plus the Pacific Islands, which includes Tahiti, Solomon Islands, Samoa, Tonga, Noumea, Fiji and Vanuatu.
