Professional Indemnity Insurance for Major Projects

Our recent web seminar held on Tuesday 17th February 2009 examined some of the challenges and how a new long term insurance policy can overcome these single projects. 

Tim Smith, a Partner in JLT's Construction Division, was joined by David Harries, Head of PI, QBE European Operations, and John Salway and Peter Clayton, both Partners in Pinsent Masons' Construction and Engineering Group. John specialises in advising employers, contractors and consultants on complex infrastructure projects, whilst Peter specialises in avoidance and resolution of construction claims.
