JLT Insurance Management (Guernsey) Ltd is a leading provider of insurance and reinsurance management services. Currently we provide management services to 15 companies in Guernsey, generating in excess of €70 million of annual gross premium and growing. These are a mix of captives, reinsurance companies and companies participating in customer insurance.
Our primary source of business is the United Kingdom, but we also have clients from Australia, Holland, South Africa and Sweden.
Guernsey continues to be the most active domicile for business outside of the Americas. It’s sound but flexible regulation coupled with innovations such as Protected Cell Companies (PCC) and Incorporated Cell Companies (ICC) has helped to keep its insurance sector vibrant and responsive to clients needs. It’s proximity to the London and Lloyd’s markets also make it attractive to captives and new niche reinsurance operations.
There is no restriction on the types of insurance or reinsurance company we manage and our capabilities extend beyond managing pure captives.
