Trustee Development Workshops

Whether you are a trustee or involved in running or liaising on pensions in a company environment, it is important to have a sound understanding of the trustee's role and for you to keep up to date with new trends and relevant legislation.

Our Trustee Development Workshops aim to provide you with sufficient knowledge and confidence to carry out your duties and supervise and monitor appointed advisers in an effective manner.

We offer on-site or off-site training and bespoke seminars for trustees to reflect their particular pension scheme arrangements and relevant issues.

 

Workshop 1 - The Developing Trustee (1 day course)

Designed for new trustees, or those with experience who wish to refresh, update or develop their knowledge. Also useful for those who wish to understand the mechanics of how pension provision works, in particular those in an HR or Finance role.

Workshop 2 - Investment Principles & Risk Management (1 day course)

Designed for the trustees who need to know more about managing the scheme's investments and also to understand the wider risk management issues.

Seminar 2 - 2012 Dates:

London	27 September
Edinburgh	18 October

Workshop 1 & 2 costs £400 + VAT per delegate.

 

Workshop 3 - Defined Contribution (half day course)

London	7 June
Manchester	18 October

Workshop 3 costs £250 + VAT per delegate
