Our dedicated Financiers' Insurance Due Diligence team have been providing advice since 1995 and our consultants are multi-disciplined across power, energy, natural resources, infrastructure and PPP / PFI projects around the world
The team provides insurance advisory services dedicated to Senior Debt providers, Export Credit Agencies, Multilaterals and monolines on structured finance transactions.
Mostly acting on Limited/Non Recourse project financing, the team comprises consultants who have personally acted as the Lenders' Insurance Adviser on a vast array of projects. These range from wind turbines to major Middle Eastern IWPPs, from small 'Energy From Waste' projects to major offshore oil field developments, from social housing PFIs to Space Project financings.
Our goal is to become every Mandated Lead Arranger's preferred choice of insurance adviser. We are already the leading PFI / PPP advisor.
Whatever the size of project or the sector, we have the experience. Whether it concerns a Waste Sector PFI in the UK, a bio ethanol project in the Netherlands, a power project in South Africa, an offshore wind park in the North Sea, LNG terminals in the Gulf, Toll bridges in Western Canada or toll tunnels in Greece.
The London based team acts on global projects for international financings, dealing primarily with 'Europe, Middle East & Africa' based financial institutions. When a more local service is needed, we can offer due diligence teams based in North America, the Far East and Australasia.
